Are you looking for a fast paced role in a growing Wokingham based organisation where you will be using your strong communication and organisational skills? Our Wokingham based client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end delivery of their projects. You will play a key role in managing PAS assessments and installations, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards, and maintaining strong relationships with installers, assessors, contractors, and stakeholders. The role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and is fully office based. Also due to the location of the role it is best to be a car driver. The salary will be £28,000 dependent on experience plus an annual discretionary bonus . Key Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role are: * Manage end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects, including PAS assessments and installations. * Build and maintain relationships with installers, assessors, contractors, and stakeholders. * Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely, compliant delivery. * Use PAS Hub and Trustmark systems to process surveys, designs, and installations. * Monitor progress, maintain records, and support audits and reporting. * Communicate technical info clearly to all stakeholders. Skill required for the Project Coordinator role are: * Experience coordinating projects, ideally in construction or contracting. * Proficient in MS Office and planning software. * Highly organised with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills. * Effective communicator, able to work independently and in teams. * Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
