Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator in the Fibre Telecoms team, you’ll be responsible for:

Day-to-day project reporting—tracking milestones, budgets, and schedules.

Extracting and uploading essential project data into the client’s system accurately and on schedule.

Coordination Streetworks Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update project logs, dashboards, and performance reports.

Accurately input project details (dates, progress, resources) into client portals.

Manage streetworks notices, public safety protocols, and site reinstatement.

Liaise with subcontractors, clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflows.

Support project managers with documentation, risk tracking, and site coordination tasks. Experience Required

Strong Excel skills

Previous experience in coordination within telecoms, infrastructure, or construction projects.

Familiarity with Streetworks regulations and procedures.

Strong organisational, communication (written & verbal), and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
