Are you someone who thrives on bringing structure to fast-moving, creative work?
We’re partnering with a leading design agency to find a Project Coordinator who will play a key role in keeping multidisciplinary projects running smoothly.
This is a newly created position, designed to support senior project leaders and unlock the full potential of creative teams. You’ll be right at the centre of delivery making sure the right things happen at the right time, without friction.

Your Role:
You’ll support multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the operational backbone across teams.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning timelines, schedules, and project coordination
  • Managing logistics end-to-end (meetings, travel, suppliers)
  • Tracking budgets and flagging risks early
  • Keeping documentation clear, structured, and accessible
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients
  • Supporting team rhythms, updates, and delivery milestones
  • Anticipating needs and solving problems before they escalate

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in project or programme coordination, operations, or EA/project hybrid roles
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Clear, warm communication with senior stakeholders and clients
  • A proactive mindset - you spot gaps and take action before problems arise
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Experience working with PM tools including Asana, Notion, or Google Workspace
