A technical leadership role within a RIBA Chartered, design-focused studio, leading complex façade remediation projects with involvement in innovative new build schemes.

The Practice

A London-based studio known for environmentally responsible architecture, strong technical rigour and collaborative working. The practice places real value on architecture that improves communities, not just buildings.

Your Role

• Lead technical design and delivery of façade remediation projects
• Produce detailed design & construction packages
• Coordinate clients, consultants & contractors
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
• Support Principal Designer (Building Regs) duties
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practice

What You’ll Need

• ARB-registered Architect
• 5–10 years post-Part 2 experience (ideally 5+ post-Part 3)
• Strong façade remediation & retrofit experience
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations & CDM
• Revit proficiency (essential)
• Confident communicator with strong technical judgement
