We’re working with a growing and highly regarded architecture studio in London, now looking to bring in an exceptional Architect / Project Architect with strong delivery experience to join their collaborative team. This is a rare opportunity to take a central role on complex, large-scale projects - with a clear route to seniority and leadership.

Known for their rigorous yet progressive approach, they deliver ambitious work across cultural, residential, commercial, public, and infrastructure sectors, including several high-profile and NDA-sensitive projects.

The Role

• We are looking for an experienced Architect or Project Architect who can take ownership of project stages (particularly Stage 4 technical delivery) and contribute across design, coordination, and team leadership.
• You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to shape complex design outcomes, mentor others, and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven design, management, and delivery experience across multiple RIBA stages (with a focus on Stage 4)
• Strong communicator – able to work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Strong portfolio across cultural, residential, and commercial or infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead packages, teams, and technical coordination on site
• A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others
• Confidence using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino in a professional setting

Desirable:

• Experience on large, complex or public-sector projects
• Interest in contributing to studio culture and internal development
• A long-term interest in progressing to a Senior Architect or Project Leader role
