Project & Bid Coordinator

Up to 29K per annum
Project & Bid Coordinator is required to join a well-established technology and engineering services organisation that delivers secure, resilient solutions across government, defence, and critical infrastructure sectors. Known for its focus on reliability, innovation, and long-term partnerships, the organisation supports complex, mission-critical programmes within highly regulated environments.
You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth implementation across all stages and adherence to agreed timelines. The role involves producing and maintaining key project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk registers, while also tracking project finances and delivering accurate monthly reports. You will coordinate internal project review meetings with key stakeholders and play a key role in managing and supporting bid submissions for both government and commercial clients.
Required Skills:
- Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance
- Degree in Technology/Engineering
- Project Management qualification
- Experience with tools like Excel, Visio, MS Project
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines
