About the Role

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of a professional services consultancy operating across the UK. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project managers and teams in delivering key initiatives. This remote position is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and experienced in keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress updates
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth coordination
• Organise virtual meetings and prepare minutes or action points
• Help manage budgets, resource allocation, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or project support role
