Short Summary

The Programme Manager is responsible for the implementation and delivery our projects with multiple customers (internal and external) across the UK&I.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Working with key senior stakeholders within the customer organisation, managing the operational delivery of all product implementations in line with the agreed contract deliverables.
• Maintaining key senior stakeholder client relationships and supporting business interests
• Planning and deploying the appropriate resources with the PMO to deliver the successful deployment of the software within the agreed timelines and budget.
• Developing the programme of projects aligned with both strategic and business requirements.
• Continuously improving project quality processes and project methodologies with focus on time, cost and quality metrics and documenting accordingly.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop/improve internal systems and processes.
• Ensuring the business interests are understood and managed both with client and internal teams.
• Developing and maintaining project forecasts and implementing a delivery programme to meet business financial targets.
• Delivering key programme reports and dashboards to the SLT
• Supporting pre-sales with project delivery impact assessments and statement of work development.
• Ensuring key programme/project risks and issues are managed and mitigated

Experience Required:

• Experience delivering both small and large HealthTech IT projects and programmes into the NHS and private healthcare providers.
• Project Management or Business Management degree or equivalent experience
• Team Management and leadership experience
• Knowledge of LIMS implementations is desirable but not essential.
