I'm seeking a Programme Manager to lead and deliver a complex programme of change, overseeing four interdependent workstreams spanning people, process, technology, and client service. Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of four strategic workstreams across the global business Define and maintain programme governance, scope, and performance metrics Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including Partners and Executive leadership Manage programme risks, issues, budgets, and inter-dependencies Ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals and operational priorities Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication across the programme lifecycle About You: Proven track record in delivering complex transformation programmes within professional or legal services Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-workstream portfolios Commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution Confident working in fast-paced, regulated, and global environments Desirable: Knowledge of legal operations, client service delivery, or professional services operating models
