The SWP Change Team (UK) is accountable for the success of all implementation and conversion activities within the SEI (UK) Private Banking Wealth Platform Business. The SWP Change team provides standardised project management, consulting, queue management, project execution, specialised product support (SMEs), and communication to the client firm and SEI organisations.

The SWP Change UK programme manager is responsible for delivering complex, multi-threaded, multi-disciplinary implementations of the SWP Solution. The role requires effective co-ordination of the programme's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising, with a large focus on building and maintaining stakeholder management of both internal and most critically client-side.

The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum in both the internal and client teams. Crucially at SEI, this role will also involve having a detailed understanding of the specific SEI technology and service solutions.

The programme manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme. The programmes will typically involve the coordination of implementation activity across multiple SEI market units; whose methodologies may vary. They will develop and maintain the programme environment to support each individual project within it - with an effective programme management office.
