POSITION OVERVIEW The Programme Development Manager represents an evolution from our Programme Manager role, focusing on shaping the future direction of The Avenues Youth Project's programmes whilst maintaining oversight of current delivery. This isn't just about managing what we do now, it's about looking ahead and designing what comes next. Working closely with the Programme Director, you will be responsible for researching innovative approaches to youth work, developing funding proposals, and creating programmes that respond to the changing needs of young people aged 8-19. We need someone who can think creatively about engagement whilst keeping an eye on emerging trends and opportunities in the sector. As a member of the senior team, you'll help embed our values throughout the organisation and ensure our programmes remain at the cutting edge of youth work practice.
