You will:
Keep our 60+ lawyers at the forefront of legal and HR developments
Ensure our precedents, toolkits and client materials remain market-leading
Design and deliver learning that raises capability across the firm
Shape thought leadership on workplace trends affecting thousands of UK businesses
Directly influence the quality and consistency of our national delivery model

What you'll be doing:
Legal Knowledge & Research:
Track and interpret new legislation, case law and regulatory updates
Produce crisp, practical guidance notes on unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy and more
Draft and maintain employment precedents, templates and toolkits
Support lawyers with complex, technical employment law queries

raining & Development:
Design and deliver an annual programme of training across levels
Run legal update sessions and HR-focused briefings
Create skills workshops (investigations, grievances, tribunal prep, etc.)
Develop blended learning materials and digital content
Knowledge Management:
Own and evolve our internal know-how systems
Ensure materials are accurate, accessible and aligned with standard process
Drive a strong culture of knowledge sharing across all legal teams
Client & Market Engagement:
Draft client alerts and external briefings
Support client training programmes and webinars
Give thought leadership on trends like hybrid work, DEI, AI in HR, and compliance
What You'll Bring:
Qualified solicitor with substantial employment law experience
Strong grasp of tribunal and court processes
Exceptional drafting ability and a passion for simplifying the complex
Confidence delivering training and addressing varied audiences
Strong organisational and project management skills
Genuine interest in legal development, workplace trends and continuous improvement
