Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Leader will supervise a production section, managing people, materials, and processes to meet daily output, quality, cost, and safety targets. Key Responsibilities

Lead production activities from material receipt through assembly, test, and delivery

Supervise and support Production Operators, including hands-on assembly and testing when required

Ensure work is completed to defined procedures, standards, and quality requirements (IPC-A-610)

Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Manage non-conformances, material shortages, and supplier returns using the ERP system

Lead daily team (Tier 1) meetings and escalate issues as required

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, ESD, and FOD requirements

Train, coach, and develop team members

Deputise for the Production Manager when needed

About You

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (essential)

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Strong communicator with a methodical, detail-focused approach

Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
