Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Kilkeel, who are expanding their team and are looking for a Team Leader Duties: To manage a team by ensuring that products manufactured and supplied by the company are safe, legal, and meet or exceed customer expectations Lead a line of production operatives within the Production department Ensure our products are produced to high quality standards Working to BRC standards and major retailer requirements Troubleshoot Walking the line to identify any issues ahead of them arising and taking appropriate action. Dealing with issues as and when required. Ensure that your team are operating within high quality, safety and legality standards Work alongside the Production Manager to ensure high quality standards are being achieved. Experience Proven experience as a Food Team Leader Minimum 3 years experience within Team Leader Role within a food manufacturing environment Ability to demonstrate good manual dexterity Evidence of effective communication skills Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail Evidence of good timekeeping and reliability Able to manage and motivate a team Able to ensure production targets are met Able to complete quality paperwork.
