Job Title: Production Support Operative Job Type: Permanent Location: Henlow Salary: £28,053.48 Hours: Mon - Fri, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (Rotational)

Our well known client based in Henlow are looking for a Production Support Operative to join their fast growing team, on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, keen to learn, and have strong ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment.

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for supporting production, from operating machinery, to assisting with goods in/out and forklift driving.

Main responsibilities for a Production Support Operative are: - Forklift driving (Counterbalance) - Maintaining materials in factory - Taking pallets of finished goods to warehouse - Removing/collecting moulds for shifts - Emptying waste skips into compactor - Completing daily forklift checks once for each shift - Removing full liquid/solid waste drums from factory to chemical compound

General duties as a Production Support Operative: - Helping with mould changes - Covering breaks along Production lines - Assisting operators when required - Wrapping all 'part' pallets of insert to go back to warehouse - Book our Duraflex short coils pallets when full when required - Maintaining warehouse cleanliness

Key skills as a Production Support Operative: - Ability to work with enthusiasm and care - Good dexterity and experience working with hand, air and power tools - Reliable and self motivated - Team work is essential - Good level of fitness as heavy lifting is involved (able to lift up to 20kg) - Valid Counterbalance licence
