Production Supervisor – Electrical manufacturing

Expansion has created this new and exciting opportunity to work for this well established Electrical designer and manufacturer. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing production activities in a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met, workflows are streamlined, and quality standards are maintained.

You will be managing a team of production workers, monitoring workflow and implementing process improvements. Other responsibilities include: production planning and scheduling; quality control; problem-solving and troubleshooting; process improvement and safety compliance

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory and electrical assembly experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally electrical or related – experienced in continuous improvement, lean management and able to foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and engaging team members.
