Production Supervisor - Cable Manufacturing

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in our data center cable manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and the Toyota Production System (TPS), and will exemplify the principles of servant leadership. This role requires a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) who can effectively communicate and lead a diverse workforce while driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities *Supervise daily production operations to meet delivery, quality, and productivity targets. *Lead with a servant leadership mindset-empowering, developing, and supporting team members. *Drive and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices, including: Single Piece Flow, Standard Work, Kaizen, and Visual Management. *Champion and maintain 5S workplace organization across all workstations. *Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Throughput, Scrap rate, Downtime, Labor efficiency. *Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve process issues and implement improvements. *Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. *Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. *Foster a culture of continuous improvement and respect for people, in alignment with TPS principles. *Communicate production goals and expectations clearly in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications *Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (cable, electrical, or related industry ). *Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

*Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, and 5S principles. *Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on empathy, accountability, and team development. *Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. *Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems . *High School Diploma or GED required; Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree in a technical field is a plus.
