Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of. Who We Are… When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…

From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

Your New Role... Based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, you will play a critical role in safeguarding a landmark, long‑term WBD production with a global footprint and a truly intergenerational legacy. Dedicated primarily to this flagship production, you’ll also support wider WBD projects and high‑profile activations as part of the Global Production Security team. You’ll lead from the front, overseeing 3rd‑party security partners across studio lots and locations, ensuring first‑class security delivery. From drafting and embedding SOPs to responding dynamically to incidents and investigations, this is a high‑trust role where sound judgement and calm leadership matter. Security on this production goes far beyond the set. It intersects with stakeholders across Global Franchise, Media Relations, Consumer Products, Global Experiences and Retail, protecting a brand with a reach of over 700 million fans worldwide. We’re looking for someone who understands the complexity of this environment, can assess evolving risks and threats, and confidently balance security needs with creative, commercial and reputational priorities.

Your Role Accountabilities... Oversee contract management for third-party security services assigned to productions. Lead daily and weekly operational briefings to communicate site/production priorities. The single point of contact for the WBD Security Department, WBSL Studio security and production to ensure a unified and consistent flow of information between on‑site operations and corporate security leadership. Responsible for the security workforce planning process, aligning resource allocation with site/location risk profiles and production schedules. Ensure Assignment Instructions, operational guidelines, and site‑specific security protocols are communicated clearly, understood, and consistently followed by the security team. Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring accurate reporting, sound root‑cause analysis, and the completion of all corrective actions. Oversee the delivery of all studio‑wide security operations, including patrol assurance, access management, incident response, and risk escalation. Ensure that faults, hazards, or procedural deviations are reported and resolved quickly in collaboration with production, facilities, and security partners. Review operational outputs such as incident reports and trends to inform improvements and ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Qualifications & Experiences... Experience working within a production or fast‑paced operational environment. Formal security experience is beneficial but not essential; strong judgement, common sense, and the ability to assess and plan for risk are critical. A people‑first approach is essential. You’ll be confident building trust and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders, including filmmakers, production teams, parents, young performers, partners, and external security providers. Proven ability to remain flexible, adaptable, and responsive, adjusting plans quickly as situations evolve. Ability to identify risks, plan mitigations, and deliver calmly under pressure.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
