About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global leader in the aerospace and manufacturing sector, based at their Broughton site.
You will join the Planning & Logistics team, playing a critical role in supporting production scheduling activities for aircraft wing assembly and fuel system installation. This role contributes directly to a major future-focused programme aimed at enabling growth in the civil aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of aircraft part commodities to meet build schedules, cost, and delivery targets.
Assist operational teams in achieving financial and production objectives.
Anticipate production rate changes and manage associated risks and opportunities.
Work cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and business performance projects.
Ensure planning & logistics processes are implemented and adhered to effectively.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics providers to mitigate supply chain risks.
Support deployment of operational systems and processes across relevant areas.
Maintain strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in production scheduling / planning (manufacturing or transferable industries)
Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (including macros and data manipulation)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Logical, methodical, and results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and 'hit the ground running'.
Strong teamwork and adaptability
