We're looking for a highly organised multitasker to join our clients team in a dual role that blends production scheduling and office coordination. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and know your way around SAP and Excel, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Production Scheduling (60%)
* Build and manage production schedules based on sales orders, material availability, and capacity
* Track and update schedules using SAP and Excel
* Collaborate across Production, Procurement, and Sales to solve scheduling issues
* Generate and distribute weekly and daily production plans
* Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
* Prepare planning reports and dashboards
* Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time delivery
Office Coordination (40%)
* Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations
* Handle supplies, facility upkeep, and contractor scheduling
* Manage administrative support for staff and leadership
* Keep accurate attendance and holiday records
* Organise travel, meetings, and internal events
* Support HR admin tasks like onboarding and training records
* Ensure H&S compliance and vendor coordination
