Are you ready to take ownership of production planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment? Were looking for a Production Planning Manager to join our team and ensure our manufacturing schedules align perfectly with customer demand, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on efficiency, cost control, and delivery performance.

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts and optimise resource utilisation. Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, working closely with supply chain teams. Analyse production capacity and forecast future needs, recommending adjustments to meet business goals. Drive process improvements to reduce lead times and costs while boosting efficiency. Collaborate across departments including procurement, engineering, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years experience in production planning, ideally within FMCG. Proven managerial experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and production planning software (e.g., Preactor, ERP systems). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to work flexibly and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
