Production Scheduler / Planner - 12 month FTC
Location: Crick, Northamptonshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits!

Our client is a fast-moving, forward-thinking business where collaboration, innovation, and accountability are at the core of everything they do. They are seeking a Production Scheduler / Planner to manage supply and demand across all business functions, drive effective scheduling, and support operational excellence through smart planning and resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the overall Master Production Schedule.
* Develop and control scheduling across production and other key functions.
* Manage departmental capacity profiles to support efficient operations.
* Lead ERP scheduling processes, optimising stock holdings and resource deployment.
* Carry out scenario planning and resource modelling to improve efficiency.
* Document and maintain scheduling processes within the Business Management System (BMS).
* Escalate and resolve scheduling risks across departments.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or in a similar scheduling role within a production and engineering environment.
* Proficient with resource, scheduling, and planning tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation.
* Strong ERP knowledge, ideally with experience using Epicor Kinetic.
* Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
