We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our client's clean room team in Skegness as a Production Operative. This is a hands-on role within a clean and controlled environment, ideal for those who enjoy active, structured work. Production Operative Benefit: Job role: Production Operative - Cleanroom Environment Location: Skegness Shift: Late Shift Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 14:15pm to 00:45am & Thursday: 14:15 to 00:15am - Fridays off Start date: 5th January 2026 Duration: Temporary Production Operative Pay Rates: £15.66 per hour for hours worked after midnight to 6am £12.60 per hour for all other hours worked Time & half for overtime in the week and Saturdays and Sunday Double time Production Operative Key Responsibilities: Emptying industrial washers and dryers Folding and preparing clean garments for delivery Adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting As a Production Operative you will be working within a clean room environment where you will be handling garments worn within the scientific, manufacturing, factory, production and industrial sectors therefore this role requires full PPE cover - hood, mask, gloves etc. This is a 'hands on' practical role that would suit an individual with a strong work ethic. Working within a team to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Production Operative Criteria: Good attention to detail Ability to work to high hygiene and quality standards Punctual, reliable, and able to work early mornings Previous experience in a production or clean room environment is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided Flexible with duties and willing to work in other departments if requirement Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.
