The day-to-day - What You'll Actually Be Doing
?? Setting up and operating production machinery we'll train you properly.
?? Monitoring lines to keep quality spot-on and catching anything before it becomes a problem.
?? Performing machine changeovers and basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
?? Recording production data accurately traceability matters in what we do.
?? Keeping your area clean, safe and up to GMP and food safety standards.
?? Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products (FLT licence a bonus, not a must ).

Someone reliable if you say youll be there, youre there

Good attention to detail and a genuine care for quality

Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment

A decent communicator youll work closely with Engineers, Lead Operators and Shift Managers

Previous food, drink or FMCG experience is a nice bonus but its absolutely not essential

A FLT licence would be great, but we can work with the right person regardless!

Self-motivated and adaptable this isnt a stand still kind of role!

Hours and Patterns
4 on / 4 off ?pattern on 12-hour shifts (6am6pm and 6pm6am). Lates and nights come with a shift premium on top of your basic rate.
