Production Operative
to join our well-established client based on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, monthly bonus potential, set shifts (no rotation), and genuine long-term opportunities for progression. This role is suitable for an applicant who have worked in a role of Warehouse Operative, General Operative or Assembly Operative. Shifts Set shifts –
no rotation •
AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:45 (25-minute unpaid break)
•
PM Shift: 15:00 – 23:00 (45-minute paid break)
•
Night Shift: 23:45 – 05:45 (20-minute break, 8 hours paid – unsociable hours benefit) •
Monday to Friday Rates of Pay •
Graded pay structure – start on Grade 1 and progress to Grade 3 (highest rate)
•
Monthly bonus paid based on company performance – typically £200 to £500 per month Benefits Your benefits as a

On-site showers Day-to-Day Duties As a
Production Operative , your duties will include (but are not limited to): •
Working across one of three production areas: •
Sawyer – operating machinery, loading timber, initiating machine processes, and unloading finished timber
•
Assembly – working from drawings and pre-cut materials, assembling products using nail guns
•
Pre-Assembly – building flat-pack components from supplied materials •
Following health and safety procedures at all times
•
Working accurately from instructions and drawings
•
Maintaining a clean and organised work area •
A tape measure test will be required during interview/induction
•
Drug and alcohol testing will be carried out at interview or induction stage Essential Skills To be successful as a
Production Operative , you will need: •
A basic level of spoken and written English
•
Reliability and strong punctuality
•
Good communication skills
•
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
•
A positive, proactive attitude Desirable Experience •
Previous production or manufacturing experience (advantageous but not essential) Training Provided •
