Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Longley Concrete, part of Ibstock Concrete Division, are looking for Production Operatives, manufacturing Cast Stone Products The role of the Production Operative is to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently to use all time wisely, work efficiently, and work effectively. Working hours: We ask everyone to be fully flexible around 5am-5pm for 8 Hours Monday to Friday . Overtime is available at Premium Rates and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme is included, although flexibility will be required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. The role does involve Manual Handling, involving the use of Mechanical Lifting Aids. Full Training and daily team briefs will be given to all. Previous Machinery experience is essential Starting salary is £12.60 Duties Include :- Sub-Assembly of Concrete Products and steel rebar. Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products Loading concrete and steel into Moulds and Machines Machine Operating Working as Part of a Team Quality Checks Completing production Paperwork Use 5S principals to keep work areas clean Long term Temp opportunities with potential permanent roles for the right candidates.
