Production Operative to join their production team. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of tasks, work with supportive colleagues and enjoy being part of a business with outstanding employee engagement and long-service awards across the team.

What you'll be doing: Youll play an important role in supporting production and business operations, including:

Working across production areas

machine minding, secondary operations, packing, assembling and more Using EFACS/ERP (or similar systems) to book labour and update records Carrying out stock taking and updating spreadsheets Inputting data with accuracy and attention to detail Reporting hazards or near-misses using iAuditor Suggesting improvements and supporting continuous improvement activities Following production processes, quality standards, GMP/GDP and good housekeeping Taking part in training to build your skills and knowledge Representing company values and contributing positively to the team

What Were Looking For

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or precision engineering Good attention to detail Comfortable using computers or handheld devices Accurate written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work to processes Dexterity and confidence in hands-on work Basic mechanical skills (advantageous) Experience with EFACS or similar ERP systems (advantageous) Behaviours

Strong work ethic and a positive, get stuck in attitude Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn Reliable, with good timekeeping Able to work independently and as part of a busy team Comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders across the business This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety and is motivated by being part of a supportive, close-knit team.
