Operate and set up advanced production machinery Ensure product quality meets company standards Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

Pay & Overtime

Night Shift Rate: £14.10/hour then raised to £15.50 after learning the machines. Overtime: Paid at time and a half

£21.15/£23.25 (post training) per hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times
