Our client is an independent food manufacturer based in Manchester who is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a part-time basis. The family business has over 100 years' experience in manufacturing and is a business who have a reputation for high quality in its products and their production.

Part Time Production/Mechanical Fitter- Requirements
Degree or HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
Completed apprenticeship or BTEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years' mechanical engineering experience (ideally in food production)
Great communication skills and a team-first mindset Production/Mechanical Fitter - Responsibilities
Keep our production lines running smoothly through planned and reactive maintenance.
Work side-by-side with the engineering and production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient 5S work environment.
Identify areas for mechanical improvement and contribute to ongoing process optimisation. About Us
