Job Title: Production / Works Manager Location: Dudley, West Midlands Salary: Up to ?50,000 per annum (depending on experience) The Role: We are seeking an experienced Production/Works Manager to oversee manufacturing operations for a busy metal fabrication business based in Dudley. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. A background in welding and fabrication is essential for this role-ideally with previous experience working as a welder/fabricator in a sheet metal environment. This practical knowledge will enable you to lead the team effectively, support problem-solving on the shop floor, and maintain high technical standards.
