My client is a leading manufacturer of custom-made steel door solutions in the Newcastle under Lyme area. They are looking for a Production Manager to join them ASAP on a permanent basis. The Production Manger will be responsible for leading the multi-functional production teams, to help ensure adherence to KPI's with regard to costs, efficiency, quality and customer expectations. You will help plan, coordinate and control our production processes, whilst driving continuous improvements via a 'right first time' approach. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with the production teams, other departments and stakeholders.
