What the role involves: Leading and motivating the production team to hit quality and delivery targets Planning and managing production schedules to make the most of time and resources Keeping an eye on performance and stepping in where needed Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are always met Spotting and fixing any bottlenecks or slowdowns Keeping production costs in check without compromising on quality Working closely with other teams to keep everything on track Always looking for ways to improve – whether it's processes, systems, or team development Reporting key updates to the Head of Ops
