Role: Production Manager Salary: Up to £55k depending on experience Shifts: Monday - Friday Days (Occasionally working 6-2 / 2-10 when needed)

We're looking for a Production Manager to work alongside the Manufacturing Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a busy production facility. With approximately 100 employees and six Team Leaders reporting directly into this role, you'll be a key player in achieving operational excellence across areas such as welding, machining, pressing, robotic welding, and painting.

The role:

Lead and support Team Leaders and production teams (100+ employees) Create and manage production plans to achieve >98% on-time delivery Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) Oversee the launch of new products and continuous improvement activities Ensure standards are met, including IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 Develop team leaders to run day-to-day operations independently Support systems such as ERP, QMS, and Pirana Act as site lead when the Manufacturing Manager is awayIdeal candidate:
