Lead and manage a small production team to ensure efficient, high-quality output. Coordinate daily production schedules in line with project deadlines and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards across the production area. Monitor and maintain production processes, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment and tools. Act as the key communication bridge between the production floor and the sales/office teams. Manage inventory levels effectively, liaising with procurement to maintain material availability while minimizing waste. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies. Maintain and enforce a strong health and safety culture within the team. Track and report key production metrics, including labour efficiency, material usage, and quality control.
