About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturer, global business supplying products globally in a variety of sectors. With a healthy order book and plans for continued growth, they are looking to bring in a motivated Production / Facilities Manager who is eager to grow with the company and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day production operations and facility management across the site

Managing a small but expanding team (currently 3), including hiring, performance, and development

Acting as site lead in the absence of the Operations Manager

Overseeing the manufacture and preparation of products

Working closely with suppliers to support ongoing supplier development

Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Taking a hands-on approach to leadership while supporting strategic growth plansWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience in engineering or manufacturing

Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams

A proactive, “lead-by-example” mindset with a hunger to progressWhat’s on Offer

Salary: £45,000 – £53,500 (depending on experience)
