An ambitious organisation undergoing a major CRM overhaul is looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive delivery across a strategic, cross-functional transformation programme. You’ll be the voice of the business, translating strategic goals into clear product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, and real-world outcomes.

Please note this role is three days a week in their Paddington office.

What You’ll Be Doing Own and manage the CRM product backlog , aligned to commercial and operational goals Translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups and retros as part of an Agile team Work with developers, CRM engineers, and 3rd-party partners to deliver impactful functionality Guide the migration of multiple teams onto a central CRM platform Ensure high-quality, user-tested delivery that meets both business and technical expectations Identify dependencies and remove blockers to accelerate delivery Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
