Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the global rollout and continuous optimisation of Ebury's new website. This is a high-impact role within the Growth team-focused on how we acquire, engage, and convert prospects across international markets.
You will be the go-to-market specialist for the website launch, responsible for aligning cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and sustained performance. You'll run a dedicated sub-domain within Growth, with full ownership of the website's strategy, roadmap, and results.
We're looking for an execution-first leader who can confidently manage complexity, influence stakeholders across levels, and partner extremely closely with design to deliver world-class user experiences. This is an ideal role for someone who blends technical, commercial, and creative thinking and thrives on making things happen.
What you'll do
- Run a Growth sub-domain: Take full ownership of the website as a distinct product line within the Growth team, with clear accountability for performance, delivery, and iteration.
- Lead the global website rollout: Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the new website, ensuring alignment across regions, compliance, content, and marketing.
- Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. local teams, compliance, executive sponsors) and drive alignment through structured communication and collaboration.
- Partner deeply with design: Collaborate daily with design and brand teams to ensure the website meets both user experience and business needs-balancing creativity with conversion and accessibility.
- Drive experimentation and optimisation: Define and execute A/B tests, funnel optimisations, and journey improvements globally.
- Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery: Maintain a strategic roadmap while delivering against near-term business needs and performance goals.
- Leverage data to inform decisions: Use tools like Looker, Statsig and Mixpanel to monitor key metrics, generate insights, and measure impact.
- Ensure technical delivery: Work with engineering to implement scalable, performant, and SEO-friendly web architecture-optimising for speed, localisation, and flexibility.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including ownership of websites or digital acquisition channels at scale.
- Proven experience managing go-to-market launches across multiple teams and markets.
- Strong ability to influence, align and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including marketing, compliance, sales, engineering, and executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth and digital experimentation frameworks (CRO, A/B testing, funnel analysis).
- Experience working closely with marketing and design teams to balance brand, UX, and performance.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, WordPress).
- Strong knowledge of web performance, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.
- Agile mindset and delivery experience in cross-functional environments.
- Fintech or B2B SaaS background is a strong plus but not essential.
