Visa is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to help lead the development of our FX (currency exchange) product in Visa Direct Accounts and Wallets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, discovery, delivery and adoption to enhance the value proposition of Visa's cross-border offering. Help the Product Director to define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Visa Direct's FX product, aligning with overall business objectives
Provide deep FX expertise to the engineering teams, helping with design and providing mathematical examples where necessary to aid QA testing
Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Serve as a point of contact for Visa Direct FX product-related inquiries, offering expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, user guides, and training materials
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
The majority of work experience should be within the financial services industry, preferably working within risk management, treasury, or FX trading
Strong technical experience- proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau is strictly required, knowledge of REST API development is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies required
Experience with risk management, cash management, operations, treasury or FX trading in a product capacity.
Deep understanding of key FX concepts FX risk management and pricing, FX settlement, collateral and margin management etc.
Treasury and/or risk certifications will be well regarded
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
