Procurement Operations Manager, Full Time Permanent

Location: Hampshire or London (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000 + 20% bonus + £5k cash-car allowance + single-cover PMI

We’re hiring for a Procurement Operations Manager on behalf of a major UK organisation undergoing significant transformation within its Procurement function.

This is a high-impact role responsible for overseeing outsourced procurement operations, optimising Source-to-Pay processes, improving data/reporting capabilities, and leading technology enhancements (particularly around SAP Ariba).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement help desk services, PO/GR processes, and system queries
• Oversee supplier onboarding, vendor data, and SLA compliance
• Lead the transformation of data, reporting and analytics to deliver actionable insights
• Drive system improvements and Ariba optimisation
• Deliver performance reporting (KPIs, savings, spend dashboards) and ensure data quality
• Act as the main escalation point for procurement systems, data, and reporting

What You’ll Bring

• Deep understanding of Procurement processes (S2C & P2P)
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems
• Skilled in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with outsourced service providers (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree-qualified; CIPS (or working towards) desirable
