By working closely with a global network of suppliers, we ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the evolving tastes and expectations of our customers.To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations and drive efficiency across our supply chain.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectivesOversee purchasing activities for all product categories, ensuring cost optimization and timely deliveryNegotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable conditionsMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for new product introductionsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliabilityCollaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure compliance with food safety and legal standardsManage and optimize inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment processesResolve complex issues related to quality, delivery, and import arrangementsLead continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain processesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the food industryStrong negotiation and contract management skillsProficiency in Excel and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plusFluent in English; Mandarin and Japanese are advantageousProven ability to manage supplier relationships and deliver cost savingsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWe regret to inform applicants that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
