Procurement Manager – Regional Operations

Lead procurement strategy across a multi-site industrial footprint

A leading global construction solutions provider is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee strategic sourcing across a key regional footprint. With a focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation, this company powers some of the most critical infrastructure and building projects across North America.

This is a high-impact role managing over $100M in spend across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites. You’ll collaborate with plant leaders, operations teams, and category managers to drive supplier performance, reduce cost, and improve procurement efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead sourcing and vendor strategy across two major U.S. regions
• Manage $100M+ in annual procurement spend
• Act as liaison between operations and category management to implement purchasing strategies
• Negotiate regional contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance, and quality
• Identify and deliver process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Guide buyers, warehouse managers, and site leads in best procurement practices
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit controls
• Monitor key metrics and provide reporting on savings and performance
• Promote safety and environmental best practices across all workstreams

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong background in contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional partners
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Willingness to travel 15–25% within assigned regions
