A major UK infrastructure organisation delivering a large and complex portfolio of capital and construction programmes is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join its senior commercial leadership team.

This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of a long-term investment programme across a diverse estate of live operational assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and embedding a consistent, best-practice approach to capital procurement at both programme and project level, while operating within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment. Working as part of a closely aligned, finance-led procurement function, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple concurrent programmes and act as a senior commercial partner to delivery, engineering, legal, and finance stakeholders.
