Procurement Manager – Food (12-Month FTC)

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week) HQ in Hertfordshire Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract Salary: Up to £60,000 + 15% Bonus + additional benefits

A leading name in the Consumer sector is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Food to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, guest-focused business.

Working closely with senior procurement, supply chain, and food technical teams, this role will lead end to end procurement and category management activity across a Food spend portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships within the food category Deliver best-in-class value through sourcing, negotiating, and contracting Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain efficiency and food safety compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product availability, value, and guest experience Contribute to wider procurement strategy and support key brand initiatives
