Job Advert We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic procurement support across primarily the Asset Management, Development, and Estates functions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence high profile projects, ensure value for money, compliance with PCR2015 and the Procurement Act 2023, and embed sustainability and social value into procurement activities. You will lead on the tendering, developing category strategies, and will provide expert advice on best practice, market trends, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in public sector procurement, with strong knowledge of housing, construction, or estates environments. You will be confident in drafting contracts, managing multiple complex tender processes, managing categories and using procurement systems such as In-Tend. The ability to manage multiple projects at once, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver training and guidance to non-procurement colleagues, are essential.
