This role joins their Commercial & Food team a close-knit bunch who make sure every restaurant gets the right ingredients, at the right time, in the best possible way. No two days are the same, and theres plenty of scope to learn, grow and make your mark. What will you get up to? Be the glue between the restaurants, suppliers and ops team solving supply issues quickly so the teams can focus on delivering cracking service Track and report quality or logistics hiccups (wrong orders, missing deliveries, dodgy tomatoes you get the idea) and help fix the problems with real solutions ! Support with new site launches and menu changes allocating stock and briefing suppliers Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers theyll know your name ordering, forecasting product needs and update suppliers weekly so everyone is always ahead of the game.
