We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive House Manager / Private PA to support a UHNW family with luxury properties based between London and the Middle East. This live-out House Manager / Private PA role involves managing and maintaining the family’s residences while they are abroad, ensuring everything runs seamlessly in their absence. When the family is in residence - typically twice a year for several months at a time - you will be on call 24/7, overseeing all household operations to the highest standard.

As the House Manager / Private PA, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of household staff including chefs, butlers, nannies, security personnel, and housekeepers, ensuring every detail of the home and family life is flawlessly executed. Your leadership, organisation, and discretion are essential in maintaining an efficient and harmonious environment. A polished, professional demeanour and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial, as you will be the primary point of contact for all household matters.

Flexibility is vital, as this House Manager / Private PA role may also require travel to the Middle East with the family for extended periods.
