To achieve this I would like someone to support me by helping me to access resources like mental, physical and sexual health services, create budget plans and weekly shopping lists, help me keep my flat tidy and laundry up to date, access addiction services, offer me weekly flat checks and monthly key sessions and support me to recognise my own potential and self worth through self-esteem building achievements. To ensure 24 hour support is provided to the people we support the role of project worker does include sleepovers, weekend working and shift work which includes a mixture of early and late shifts As Project Worker at De Paul House you will poses excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to adapt approach to each person we support to ensure a person centred and trauma informed practice.
