Private Clients Account Executive

This role gives you the freedom to work like an adult. The expectation is three days in the office each week, but this is genuinely flexible. If clients want to see you on a Monday or Friday, you go. If your week naturally becomes two office days because you are visiting estates or meeting introducers, that is absolutely fine. The priority is being out with clients, building relationships, spending time in their homes and reviewing their portfolios in person, not sitting behind a desk being monitored.
You will be supported by a long tenured and experienced team who share workloads across the region, allowing you to focus on advising clients rather than being weighed down by admin. The growth target is a realistic 10 percent each year and the environment is built for someone who enjoys proper private client work, relationship building and acting as a trusted adviser.
