Role Summary:

This is a key opportunity to join a growing, nationally recognised Private Client department. You’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, helping clients through some of life’s most important decisions with empathy and clarity. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts, and tax matters.

• Provide clear, expert advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

• Develop and maintain client relationships through personal service and business development initiatives.

• Support junior colleagues through mentoring and training.

• Contribute to departmental growth and continued Legal 500 recognition.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Private Client experience.

• Solid understanding of wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning.

• STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable but not essential.

• Strong communication and client care skills with a collaborative mindset.

• A proactive approach to networking and business development.
