️ Role: Senior Associate - Private Client Solicitor

Location: North London [Hybrid/Office-based]

Tenure: Full-time | Salary: £70,000 – £90,000+ [DOE]


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor [6 - 10 years PQE] to join a thriving and highly regarded legal team within a dynamic and respected boutique law firm in North London.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload including wills, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work
  • Provide sound technical advice on complex private client matters, with a particular focus on trusts
  • Handle matters with minimal supervision and ensure high standards of client care
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment
  • Support the firm’s growth with opportunities to contribute to business development


Requirements:

  • 6 - 10 years PQE in private client law
  • Strong expertise in trusts, wills, estate administration, and related areas
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with legal technology and case management systems
  • STEP qualification [desirable but not essential]


Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree
  • Demonstrated experience in property dispute resolution or private client law
  • Cross-border or international estate matters [advantageous but not essential]
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service
  • A personable and collaborative approach within a growing firm


Salary:

£70,000 – £90,000 per annum (DOE)
